We burn it in
A high-precision laser follows the exact path of your text, permanently marking the steel. Clean, detailed, built to last.

Delivered to you
Engraving adds 1–2 extra working days. Need it for a specific date? Leave a note at checkout and we'll do our best.
How do we engrave?
We use a high-precision laser to permanently engrave your text into the arm of the tong or the shaft of the fire starter. Once your words are set in our design software, the laser follows the exact path, burning the text into the metal with pinpoint accuracy.
It doesn't scratch off, wash off or fade in the heat of the fire — it's part of the piece for as long as the piece lasts. Which, with a Dutchman, is a long time.
